I was very unsure of what ot submit this under since i put text and got rid of scribbles not realted to this in photoshop

I drew and colored most of this last year. Finallly got back to it this week.
This is 's character Ico. I guess something compelled me to draw her. Finally finished it and here it is.
I wished it looked better though ._.
